As a working student, you will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, application management, recruitment, and other processes related to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleagues into Netlight.

Requirements

Based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich

Currently enrolled in a program at an accredited university

Ability to work 16-20 hours per week

Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English

Strong communication & organization skills

Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment

Some prior work experience (internships, working student, volunteering) is a merit, but not a prerequisite
